Our classes are for all levels, ranging from 35-60 minutes. Our running classes are based on an effort scale of 1-5, and incorporate intervals and hills, for run/walkers, up to avid runners. STRYDE 101 is our introductory class for those a little nervous about our concept. In this class, we'll go over running form, how to use our treadmills, how to navigate our effort scale so you can run at any pace, and answer any and all questions you may have. This class includes 15 minutes of running, and 10 minutes of strength, with a warm up and cool down. Let us show you how much fun running can be, and prove to you that you're faster than you think!
